log 6 multisports

Log 6 Multisports

Last friday I demonstrated two factors. These two are social factors and well being.
The way social factors influenced my participation was by working as a team and
volunteering to participate in the activities, which influenced me to play harder.
The way well being influenced my participation was by doing activities at a higher
standard. This influenced me by making me fitter and bettering my physical well being.

Log 5 Modified Touch
Last tuesday I demonstrated two factors. These two factors are challenge and fun and
enjoyment The way challenge influenced me was that I wanted to be able to tag the
opposition, therefore this made me push myself . The way fun and enjoyment
influenced my performance was that I enjoyed the game and I’ve played this game
before, so I had experience in what to do and I was able to enjoy the game more
because of it.

Last friday , I demonstrated two factors. These two factors are equipment and to push
the body to physical mental limits. The way equipment influenced my participation so
I could use the ball to hit the players on the other team.  The way pushing the body to
physical/mental limits influenced my participation was by using my strength to throw
the ball at the other team to try and win the game.

Last tuesday , I demonstrated two factors. These two factors are challenge and social
factors. The way social factors influenced my participation was by working as a team
with people I am able to get along with to make the game more enjoyable. The way
challenge influenced my participation was by the game being challenging for me due to
the amount of running and trying to tag the opposing team, which influenced me to
perform at a higher standard.

log 2 Island ball

Last tuesday, I demonstrated two factors. These two factors are being able to go at my
own pace and well-being. Being able to go at my own pace influenced me, because
I was uncomfortable at first. As I started to understand the game I felt more comfortable
and then changed my pace to the way I wanted to play it. The way well-being
influenced me was to push myself and to hopefully make me fitter and to make
myself better physically and mentally.

Last term during our game of ki o rahi the two factors that influenced my participation
were fun and enjoyment and a sense of achievement.
Fun and enjoyment influenced my participation because we get to experience another
environment so I felt more enjoyment during the practical lesson.
Sense of achievement influenced me because I know if I participated for the whole
lesson it would make me feel proud. I felt proud by helping my team to be the best it
can be.

During our activity game Kickball, I demonstrated effective communication for my I.P
skill.
I was communicating by talking to my team about a plan. So we were discussing the
different strategies during the game. I use effective communication by helping my team
out. My plan was to kick the ball to the opposite direction i was running.  
By communicating this plan it had a positive impact on my team because
it meant you didn’t get hit by the ball which helped our team get to the bases safely.

During our game Volleyball I demonstrated negotiation for my I.P skill.
I demonstrated negotiation by talking about a game plan. We discussed what we should
work on as a team by talking to each other about the game. The game plan
was for as to rotate around so everyone can have a turn at different positions.
By demonstrating Negotiation it had a positive impact on different people because we
were working on our individual skills which made the outcome of the game better.

log 4 -multi-sports

During our game Multi-sports I demonstrated cooperation for my I.P skill.
For multi sports we were split up in to two different teams to compete against
each other. I used problem solving to navigate my team to victory. The problem
was we were not communicating with each other therefore i said to start communicating
so my team knew what to do.

By cooperating and communicating this had a positive impact on my team because we
knew what to do and to help our team win.

log 3 -kickball

During the game Kickball I demonstrated the Interpersonal Skill cooperation.
I demonstrated cooperation by joining in kickball when my team was both feilding and
kicking. I cooperated because I wanted to help my team win and also by not getting
distracted by the other team. I made sure that I had a go at kicking the ball
so I could help my team.

By joining in I helped my team by having more people instead of less people, therefore
it helped us when defending.

log 2 - obstacle course

During our practical lesson I demonstrated how to support and encourage others in my
class while doing the obstacle course.
How I showed this was by cheering for the other team as well. I did this because
I wanted everyone in the class, not just my team to feel confident about their efforts.
I used terms like “you got it, good job and well done.” I also asked if they needed help.
This allowed both teams to know I was being supportive. In my team, when someone
had the blindfold on, I wanted to make sure they trusted me and my friend.

So by showing this interpersonal skill while they were blindfolded we finished the
obstacle course safely.

Log 1- Fast Ball

Last thursday during our activity game fast ball, I demonstrated cooperation for my
I.P skill. I demonstrated cooperation by getting involved in the activity we were
doing with my teammates. I cooperated with my team by not sitting out of the
game like i use to last year. I helped out with my team players by guarding the
mat so that the opposite side couldn’t score.  

I guarded the player from the other team, therefore stopping them from standing
next to the mat and scoring points.
